Satisfaction Guarantee
You must be completely delighted with our wines and other products. If not, please call us toll free at (800)204-9463. We will arrange for a pickup of the un-used portion and you will be supplied with a replacement, a credit or a refund. To ensure quality control and comply with legal requirements all bottles and contents must be saved for pickup.

Returning or Exchanging an Item
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it. To return or exchange an item, please complete the following steps:
- Please contact your personal wine consultant as soon as possible by phone (800)204-9463 or email contactus@windsorsonoma.com and clearly explain your dissatisfaction with the product.
- Due to State and Federal laws, if for some reason you cannot return the contents, then you will receive a credit, refund or gift certificate if it is a gift. Please do not discard contents of the bottle if you plan to return for an exchange. If it is a quality control issue please re-cork the unused portion for lab analysis purposes.
- Once we receive your return item(s) we will credit your original payment for the full purchase price and your replacement will be reshipped.
- If we need to replace a wine due to damage in transit, please allow 1-2 weeks following receipt of your customer service request for your replacement to arrive. Please help us deliver your order to the correct address by verifying delivery addresses carefully. Errors or changes in delivery instructions that incur additional charges will be passed on to you.
Note: The credit card used for the original purchase will be credited in the amount of the product sale. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your bill.

We recognize and respect our customers' privacy. We diligently protect the trust you have placed in us. That's why we've developed a Privacy Policy to assure you that the information collected about you is only what is needed for conducting business and offering products and services that might be of interest to you.
Because we appreciate the trust you've placed in us, we don't collect personally identifiable information from individuals unless they provide it to us voluntarily and knowingly. As a visitor to our site, we'll recognize your home server, but not your email address or any other personal or system information. We do, however, collect the email addresses of those who communicate with us via email.
Federal and California state law requires us to request identification from each consumer to prove that you are of age to legally purchase alcohol. To process your order, we will ask for your name, home or other physical address, including street name and name of a city or town, email address, telephone number, or any other identifier that permits the contacting of a specific individual by mail, telephone, or online. Therefore, we'll ask you for either your driver's license number, passport number, military ID, state ID, social security number, or other legally recognized forms of identification, as well as your date of birth and credit card number. We understand the sensitivity of giving out such personal information; we maintain our files carefully and we will never sell, share, or rent your personally identifiable information to third parties in violation of this policy.
At times, we partner with third parties to provide specific services, such as the mailing of our newsletters. When you sign up for these services, we will share names, or other contact information that is necessary for the third party to provide these services. We have informed these parties that they are not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing these services.
We occasionally make our list of customer names and street addresses available to carefully screened companies and organizations whose product and activities might be of interest to you. This website takes precautions to protect your information. When our registration/order form asks you to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number), that information is encrypted and is protected with the customary encryption software used in the ecommerce industry - SSL.

"Can Spam" Legislation & Email Opt-Out:
We comply with all provisions set forth under Federal law in accordance with sending offer driven emails. Those who wish to Opt-Out from receiving email offers will have action taken within 1-10 days of receipt of request to Opt-Out or Unsubscribe. Please keep in mind that if you have multiple email addresses or accounts that forward your membership address, you will need to Opt-Out each address in order to ensure complete removal from our database.
